Calling all Organ Procurement Coordinators and Specialists interested in moving into medical device! Our client is looking for a motivated candidate with direct clinical experience in perfusion and organ procurement to join their Clinical Specialist team working with current and future clients on product adoption, training, and more.  

Preferred Qualifications:  

• Bachelor’s Degree. 
• Clinical experience, perfusion, and organ procurement (abdominal preferred) 
• Excellent communicator, able to deliver powerful presentations to diverse audiences, and build and maintain relationships. 
• Ability to travel extensively. 

Responsibilities:  

• Be a trusted partner to customers in all aspects of training and education for our clients’ products. Create comprehensive training programs, educate customers on utilization, and collaborate with internal teams to continuously improve training materials.  
• Provide in-person expertise including wet lab demonstrations, offering guidance on best practices throughout product adoption, and troubleshooting any problems that may arise.  
• Build working relationships with key stakeholders and customers from all verticals to grow the brand and also gain feedback to provide to product development and marketing teams.  
• Be a team player, open to collaboration, and ready to lend a hand to meet company goals as well as participate in the office culture.  
• Travel to visit clients onsite for demonstrations, support, and training. Coordinate all travel logistics to ensure efficient and successful engagements.  

Compensation: $90,000-$120,000 base plus bonus (negotiable pending previous experience and specific role) 

Travel: 75% 

Years of Experience: 2+ years of related clinical experience and experience at an OPO

Degree: BA/BS
