Account Manager – Remote – USA, near major airport – 1845181

Preferred Qualifications:  

• 2+ years of Medical Device Sales or Customer Service experience preferred.
• Sales analytics and forecasting knowledge.
• Maintain awareness of competitors’ activities, products, pricing, strengths, and weaknesses to devise plans to counter these effects.
• Salesforce experience preferred.
• Polished presentation skills to provide expertise to clients and potential clients at trade shows, Sales meetings, and Customer Visits.

Responsibilities:  

• Demonstrates in-depth knowledge of company products.
• Handles customer inquiries and objections professionally, offering product recommendations based on technical expertise.
• Cultivate relationships with current customers to help expand the business.
• Work cross-functionally with QA, QC, Materials Management, Production, R&D, and Engineers to ensure product supply and implementation.

Compensation: 50-70k base, 15% target bonus

Travel:  10-20 % (trade shows, conferences, sales meetings)

Years of Experience:  2+ years in medical device sales or customer service

Degree:  Bachelor’s Degree
