We are seeking a VP of Operations for a Medical Device company on the East Coast United States. The successful candidate would have the following experience: This role is posted as highly confidential for the time being. Further in the process we will be able to provide a full job description.



• Minimum of 15 years’ experience as a supplier to the Medical Device industry.
• Experience in a regulated environment manufacturing for Class III medical devices, ISO 13485
• Experience managing operations for a $50M+ global organization, with strong financial acumen.
• Experience with multi-site operations/plant leadership, rapid growth, and site expansion in an international context.
• Experience with automation, and implementing digital strategy for Operations Technology.
• Experience in leading manufacturing, SCM, and SHE.
• Project management and Lean manufacturing / continuous improvement experience.
• Experience must include influencing and directing the work of others both functionally and cross-functionally.

This is an on-site role, relocation to the Northeast is required.
