Sales Specialist – Orthopedics/Orthobiologics – Remote – 2104150

 

This high-visibility position is an opportunity to join a company with a strong growth story, which has established itself as the market specialist in their category. With a focused eye on expansion, innovation, and product development, you will be instrumental in driving new and existing sales within a large geographic region. Our client has a strong pedigree of experience building and leading high performing teams in the musculoskeletal implant market. Ideal candidates will have previous experience in a sales capacity with a strong track record of success, the ability to operate at the highest degree of professionalism and possess a high degree of autonomy based on the mission of the organization.

 

 

Preferred Qualifications:   

·       Strong career stability

·       Sales experience in musculoskeletal implants, highly preferred in Orthopedics or Orthobiologics.

·       Technical expertise in operating room with implantable musculoskeletal technology.

·       Previous experience achieving quota goals, as well as accolades such as president club, circle of excellent, top performer.

·       Bachelor’s Degree Required

·      

 

Responsibilities:   

·       Develop a sales plan to include servicing and affecting key decision makers within the commercial process. Including surgeons, PAs, OR Supervisors, supply chain, surgical staff, C-suite.

·       In-service and be able to run surgical cases as the product expert for new and existing users in the operating room.

·       Work cross functionally with both executive leadership and marketing to identify best practices in an evolving market.

·       Work with independent distribution channels to drive adoption of technology and maximize market penetration.

·       Ability to deliver powerful presentations to diverse audiences, build and maintain relationships, and utilize excellent communication skills with multiple stakeholders to drive sales.

 

 

Compensation: $80,000+ Base with target compensation $170,000 to $190,000

Travel: Road Warrior – air travel

Years of Experience: 5+

Degree: BA/BS  

Location: Remote – Preferred Location Near a Major Airport (SE, Texas, East Coast, Midwest).
