We are seeking a dynamic and entrepreneurial Regional Sales Territory Manager to join our fast-growing team. This role is perfect for a sales professional who is passionate about medical technology and has a proven track record in the medical sales industry. The ideal candidate will have existing relationships in Plastic Surgery, Dermatology, and Wound Care, with experience in hospitals, surgical centers, and national accounts being a significant advantage.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand market share.
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly sales forecasts.
  • Grow and expand existing business for our legacy products while successfully launching our expanded portfolio to the market.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in Plastic Surgery, Dermatology, and Wound Care.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and address any issues promptly.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities to strategically position AccuThrive’s products.
  • Attend sales meetings, industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to promote AccuThrive’s brand and products.

 

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of proven sales success in medical sales, preferably with a focus on MOHS, Plastic Surgery or Wound Care.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent work experience in sales
  • Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication, and presentation skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, Salesforce (CRM)
  • Strong industry, science or engineering background preferred. 
  • Established relationships with key stakeholders in Plastic Surgery, Dermatology, and Wound Care.
  • Experience in hospital, surgical, and national accounts is highly desirable.
  • Strong entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Must be able and willing to travel to headquarters, trade shows, and customer locations as needed (30% travel)
