This high-visibility position is an opportunity to join an entrepreneurial organization that has an innovative single software and service solution for Ambulatory Surgery Centers to manage operational efficiency. With limited competition in the marketplace, and an experienced leadership team in Medical Device they have been growing at a rapid pace. The professional we are looking for is a self-starting individual contributor that has a strong track record of selling into ASC and Outpatient customers, that wants to be a large part of this growth story.

 

Requirements:  

  • Strong career stability and tenure in previous positions held.
  • Sales experience in musculoskeletal implants; Orthopedics, Orthobiologics, or implant technologies experience preferred.
  • Previous experience with frequent travel, as well as calling across ASC management.
  • Previous experience achieving quota goals, as well as accolades such as President’s Club, Circle of Excellence, and Top Performer.
  • Bachelor’s Degree Required.

 

Responsibilities:  

  • Develop and execute on a sales plan, to include servicing and affecting key decision makers within the commercial process.
  • Track progress of sales pipeline and sales cycle status for each target (e.g., CRM like tracking/reporting); use such tracking tools to provide frequent updates to Company leadership.
  • Work cross functionally with both executive leadership and marketing to identify best practices in an evolving market.
  • Proactively contact sales targets, leveraging existing contacts in the industry as well as cold calling – an effective combination of remote sales efforts (phone, email, web conferencing) and frequent travel for in-person sales calls is expected.
  • Setup introductory sales meetings with decision makers such as administrators, materials managers, surgeons, ASC management company executives.
  • Ability to deliver powerful presentations to diverse audiences, build and maintain relationships, and utilize excellent communication skills with multiple stakeholders to drive sales.
  • Assist Company staff with onboarding and implementation of Company products/services for new customers.

Compensation: 130,000 to 150,000 Base+ Base with target compensation of $250,000+ Uncapped.

Years of Experience: 7+

Degree: BA/BS 

Location: Remote – Preferred Location Near a Major Airport preferably in the Midwest, West Coast or Midsouth U.S.
