Join a collaborative, established company that takes pride in its culture and diversity as a key member of their Executive team. Our client has new products being introduced to the market and is looking for a roll-up your sleeves Corporate Director of Sales to report into the Company Vice President, growing market share and managing expansion.  You will have oversight for direct sales, independent sales reps as well as the National Accounts and Service and Repair groups, establishing KPI’s and partnering with RA/QA/QC, Manufacturing as well as other key leaders to set strategyThey currently have a tenured, cohesive team and strive for win-win scenarios where all points of view are valued.

Requirements:  

  • Bachelor’s Degree 
  • Strong record of success in sales, growing a business, setting strategy, and exceeding sales goals.  
  • 5+ years experience in a leadership role (managing distributor networks as well as leadership of W2 employees in a management role). 
  • Experience establishing forecasting and strategy to meet corporate top-line quarterly and yearly goals.
  • Experience working with Endoscopic Equipment is a firm requirement.
  • Collaborative, Respectful Leadership Style.

 

Responsibilities:  

  • Minimum of 5-10+ years of experience in a management role.
  • Strong leadership and management abilities, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
  • Proven management track record with independent sales agents or distributors and different sales channels.
  • Solid education in OR procedures and protocols.
  • Urology/MIS/General Surgery experience is highly preferred.
  • Experience with Key Accounts and GPO development.
  • Knowledge of Government contracting is a plus.
  • Experience with Service and Repair would be beneficial.

Compensation: $250k-335K at plan with bonuses for overachievement/uncapped. Car Allowance

Travel: 50% travel throughout the country with occasional International travel. 

Years of Experience: 5+ years of sales experience in a Medical Device Surgical Leadership role 

Degree: BA/BS 

Location: United States close to a major airport.
