Vice President of Strategic Partnerships – Remote – 2562045
We are seeking a highly accomplished and strategic Vice President of Strategic Partnerships – Medical to drive growth in the medical device sector. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in successfully creating, implementing, and managing aggressive strategic partner growth strategies within the medical device industry. This role requires a strategic thinker who can identify new opportunities, foster strong customer relationships, and achieve revenue targets through innovative commercial strategies with an understanding of the complex segments targeted.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical specialty (eg. engineering), Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of strategic partnership development and sales experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within the medical device industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Strong understanding of the medical device market, including regulatory requirements and industry trends.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to build and manage high-performing teams.
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive strategic partner strategy that aligns with the company’s growth objectives.
- Identify and evaluate new market opportunities, including potential partnerships, alliances, and acquisitions.
- Drive the development and implementation of business growth plans and forecasts to achieve revenue and market share targets.
- Directly or indirectly lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing commercial team.
- Foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and accountability within the team.
- Work closely with the marketing, account management, technology, quality, and operations teams to align strategies and initiatives.
- Provide input on technology capabilities based on customer feedback and market needs.
- Collaborate with the finance team to develop pricing strategies and manage contract negotiations
Compensation: $175,000 Base + Bonus and Commission UNCAPPED.
Years of Experience: 5+ in a Sales Leadership role
Degree: BA/BS
Location: Remote – Preferred Location Near a Major Airport, Est or Cst
Travel: 30%-50% overnights
