Our client is a rapidly expanding international biotech company making significant strides in the U.S. market. To support continued growth, we are seeking an exceptional Operations Leader who excels at building cohesive teams and fostering collaboration across the organization. Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to automate the order to cash processes, with a particular emphasis on improving operational processes in the back office between Account Services & Operations and sales.
- Lead and manage the Account Services & Operations team with presently 7 employees, fostering a culture of collaboration, teamwork and accountability.
- OPEX and budget responsibility.
- Implement KPIs and performance management for Account Services & Operations team, ensuring accountability and company goals are met.
- Elevate communication within the organization, working closely with cross-functional teams and ensuring a seamless flow of information.
- Ensure vendor and distributor compliance SOP requirements are met for regulatory and quality.
- Streamline back-office processes for inventory demand forecasting.
- Utilize advanced knowledge of inventory management systems (Navision) to ensure efficient stock levels, minimize shortages, and optimize forecasting.
- Enhance and maintain the business relationships with over 200 distributors throughout the United States, as well as third-party packaging companies.
- Continuously monitor analytics and implement data-driven adjustments to ensure the company meets its goals.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Demonstrated success in strong leadership, with a focus on fostering collaboration and building cohesive teams rather than simply directing them.
- Experience with matrixed international companies, adept at navigating diverse global contexts, cultures, and business styles.
- Proven experience in distributor relationship management, preferably in the medical device or healthcare industry.
- Strong understanding of inventory forecasting and supply chain management.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to facilitate effective communication across the organization to promote team building and collaboration.
- Experience using Microsoft Navision (NAV) and Power BI.
