Join a growing marketing team with a newly developed role to focus on their Vascular portfolio. (Structural Heart, Peripheral Vascular, Interventional Cardiology (IC), Neurovascular, & Cardiac Rhythm (CRM) & Assist). You will be leading vascular focused projects supporting the overall marketing strategy for business growth.  The team is very fast paced with a focus on learning and development.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Continually drives product and service go-to-market strategies for the vascular market crafting optimal value propositions effectively communicating messaging to the spectrum of stakeholders. 
  • Collaborates with cross functions partners and vendors to develop comprehensive marketing collateral based on clinical indication within respective Vascular Market segments, including design and execution of messaging of promotional materials, sales tools, and proof sources.
  • Builds and manages promotional activities to drive lead generation and brand awareness.
  • Keeps a strong pulse on the vascular market to understand product fits for medical devices: delivery systems & implants by attending conferences and workshops staying educated on market trends.
  • Develop a network of Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) ensuring relevant applied biomaterial solutions.
  • Builds marketing content for social media, websites, promotional channels, and tradeshows such as articles, white papers, blogs, infographics, and other assets.
  • Create sales tools and implement systems that help drive commercial success.
  • Work with Marketing Leadership to set strategy, messaging, and execution of conference prep and deployment for vascular focused events.

 

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing.
  • 7+ years of experience in a B2B organization, preferably in a medical device.
  • Strong technical knowledge of the vascular medical device market understanding submarket therapeutic areas, procedural trends, medical device revenue impact, and cost basis.
  • Excellent writing, proof reading and editing skills are required.
  • An interest in training. presentation building, and analytics.
  • Strong communication skills to include ability to have direct communication in a team focused environment.

 

 

 

Compensation: 120-140k base, 20% target bonus

Travel: 10-20%

Years of Experience: 7+

Degree: BA/BS in Marketing or related

Location: PA or Remote/Hybrid
