We are seeking a Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) to lead the US commercial launch and oversee global commercial activities, driving revenue growth and supporting strategic goals. Reporting to the CEO, the CCO will develop and execute commercial and business development strategies for both short-term impact and long-term success. 

 

Responsibilities 

  • Building and scaling Sales, Marketing, Business Development, and Customer Success teams.   
  • Establishing performance metrics and aligning compensation with business goals.   
  • Defining and driving the achievement of commercial objectives.   
  • Generating new leads and driving account penetration strategies.   
  • Building and leading a high-performing sales team to manage the entire sales cycle.   
  • Overseeing post-sales processes to ensure customer success and engagement.   
  • Recognizing top performers and implementing performance management actions as needed.   
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders across functions.   
  • Conducting market trend analysis and competitor assessments.   
  • Developing and executing commercial strategies, including identifying and engaging international distribution partners. 

 

Requirements 

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare, or a related field.   
  • Proven success in senior commercial leadership roles at diagnostic, medical device, or digital health companies  
  • Experience building and scaling high-performing commercial teams for new products, especially first-in-class or early-stage innovations.   
  • Strong background in consultative sales and managing senior-level relationships.   
  • Familiarity with consumer/clinician-facing digital marketing.   
  • Goal-oriented with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.   
  • Strategic thinker with a hands-on, player-coach approach.   
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in fast-paced environments.   
  • Passion for innovative, life-saving products and real-world impact.   
  • Collaborative, adaptable, and comfortable working remotely under pressure.   
  • Willingness to travel 50% of the time (primarily within the US, some international travel).   

 

Compensation: Competitive
