Business Development Executive – Capital Equipment/Wound Care – 2877962

 

Position Summary:

As a Business Development Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of our client. You will be responsible for identifying, developing, and closing sales opportunities within a designated territory. This role requires a strategic approach, strong relationship-building skills, and a deep understanding of the healthcare industry.

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Sales Execution: Develop and implement comprehensive sales plans to achieve revenue targets. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, and effectively close deals.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare providers, hospitals, and clinics. Provide exceptional customer service and address their needs.
  • Product Expertise: Gain a deep understanding of our client’s innovative regenerative medicine products. Effectively communicate product benefits and address customer inquiries.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential challenges. Analyze market data to inform strategic decisions.
  • Sales Forecasting: Develop accurate sales forecasts and track key performance indicators (KPIs). Utilize sales tools and CRM systems to monitor progress and optimize sales strategies.
  • Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate sales records, prepare reports, and comply with company policies and procedures.

 

Requirements:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree required. Advanced degree (MBA or related) preferred.
  • 5+ years of successful outside sales experience in the medical device or pharmaceutical industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • In-depth knowledge of the healthcare industry and regulatory landscape.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Compensation: $270,000 – $285,000 At Plan (Base + Commission)

Years of Experience: 5+

Degree: BA/BS

Location: Remote – Northeast
