Sales Representative – Urology – California – 1598854

Looking for an opportunity that promotes a great work/life balance with minimal overnight travel and significant growth potential through mentorship for junior candidates. This role combines the perks of a large company with the agility of a smaller one. As a Sales Representative, you’ll consistently exceed sales targets, leveraging your surgical expertise to handle customer inquiries professionally. You’ll travel within your territory, using persuasive sales techniques to drive product adoption and build relationships with key customers and physicians while contributing to territory planning and market updates.

Responsibilities:  

• Consistently achieves and exceeds sales targets.
• Demonstrates in-depth knowledge of company products.
• Handles customer inquiries and objections professionally, offering product recommendations based on technical expertise.
• Travels within the assigned territory to solicit orders and meet customer needs.
• Effectively utilizes persuasive sales techniques to expand product adoption and grow accounts.
• Cultivates relationships with potential customers, key physicians, and product users, contributing to comprehensive territory planning and market updates.

Requirements:  

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 2+ years of surgical product experience, must have experience in urology.
• Experience working in operating rooms.
• Excellent communicator, able to deliver exceptional customer service to clients of all levels.
• Results-oriented, with excellent decision-making and technical skills.

Compensation: OTE: $150,000.00 – $180,000.00, On Target Earnings include all cash components: car allowance, bonus, commission, and base salary.

Travel:  Extensive with limited overnight

Years of Experience:  2+ years in medical device with experience in urology

Degree:  Bachelor’s Degree

Location: California, vicinity of Fresno/East Bay South.
