Regional Sales Manager – Spine

Reporting to the Area Sales Director, the Regional Sales Manager (RSM) will strategically drive sales and market share for the products within a defined territory. This role involves direct sales execution, the strategic development and management of an independent distributor network, and the cultivation of relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to enhance product adoption and market influence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Sales and Market Development: Achieve sales targets through direct engagement and effective distributor management, implementing data-driven sales plans to optimize territory performance and identify new growth opportunities.
  • Distributor Network Leadership: Collaborate with the Area Sales Director to strategically recruit, train, and manage independent distributors, providing ongoing support to maximize their sales effectiveness and market reach.
  • Key Opinion Leader Engagement and Market Intelligence: Cultivate and leverage relationships with KOLs to advance product visibility and adoption, while continuously monitoring market trends, competitive dynamics, and providing feedback to inform marketing and product strategies.
  • Customer Relationship Management and Professional Representation: Maintain strong customer relationships, provide expert support during procedures, deliver compelling presentations, and represent the organization professionally at industry events and with all stakeholders.
  • Compliance, Reporting, and Team Collaboration: Adhere to all company and customer policies, provide timely and comprehensive reports on progress and key issues, and collaborate effectively with the sales team and wider organization to achieve shared goals and enhance the company’s scientific reputation.

Other Responsibilities:

  • Maintain familiarity with and compliance with all Company and customer health and safety policies, procedures, and policies.
  • Ensure the timely reporting of any adverse events related to the organization’s products.

Compensation: Competitive based on experience.
