Marketing Manager – Biologics/Wound Care – South Florida – 3149222

A publicly traded regenerative medicine innovator seeks a seasoned marketing professional to lead downstream strategies across its surgical wound care biologics portfolio. This is a high-impact role responsible for brand identity, product lifecycle management, go-to-market (GTM) execution, and cross-functional alignment across R&D, sales, and medical affairs. The company is actively scaling operations in both over-the-counter and surgical segments, with mobile wound care penetration accelerating nationally.
Ideal candidates will have experience marketing CTPs, skin substitutes, or biologics used in the operating room (OR) for acute and complex wound care. Experience launching at least 3 products is required, along with knowledge of placental-derived or perinatal tissue technology. This role is primarily downstream with a strategic emphasis on tactical execution, VOC gathering, and promotional differentiation.
Responsibilities:
- Lead all downstream marketing initiatives across the surgical wound care biologics portfolio
- Define portfolio strategy, brand positioning, and differentiated messaging
- Translate VOC insights and clinical evidence into compelling GTM campaigns
- Align with Sales, R&D, and Clinical to develop promotional assets and collateral
- Execute pricing strategy, competitor mapping, and OR utilization positioning
- Develop annual business plans and oversee KOL engagement at key conferences (SAWC, ACFAS)
- Represent marketing in cross-functional NPD and commercialization projects
- Manage budgets and digital channel growth (social, content, SEO/SEM, etc.)
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred
- 7–10+ years of experience in marketing and/or sales, preferably in biologics or regenerative medicine
- 3–5 years of experience in OR-based surgical wound care or CTPs
- Demonstrated success in launching 3–5 commercial products
- Proven track record of downstream campaign execution and portfolio management
- Exposure to soft tissue allografts, placental tissue, or similar regenerative technologies
- Strong cross-functional project leadership and data-driven decision making
- Willingness to travel up to 20%

Base Compensation: $120,000–$150,000
Total Comp at Plan (Yr 1): $150,000–$190,000+
Travel: ~20%
Experience: 7–10+ years
Degree: Bachelor’s required; MBA preferred
Location: Fort Lauderdale / Pompano Beach, FL
Remote Possible: Hybrid (prefer local)
Target Start Date: ASAP
