Dentsply Sirona Inc. said it agreed to buy dental implant systems manufacturer MIS Implants Technologies Ltd. for $375 million.

The privately held Israeli-based company sells dental implants under its MIS brand and has annual sales of about $80 million. Dentsply said it sees MIS helping to address the value segment of the implant market.

Dentsply Sirona, which makes dental and oral health products, said it expects the deal to add to earnings within the first year. Dentsply International Inc. and Sirona Dental Systems Inc. agreed to merge in 2015.

Shares of Dentsply Sirona, up 2.8% over the past three months, were inactive in premarket trading.
