Are you looking for a role with advancement potential? Our client is growing its marketing team and is looking to add a Product Manager reporting directly to the Director of Marketing. This would be an ideal role for an Associate Product or Marketing Manager looking for their next step.
You will be focused on the women’s healthcare space for existing and new innovative product lines as the company continues to grow. This role will help you become proficient in many aspects of Marketing that will benefit you long term as you grow your knowledge for career advancement. Comprehensive training with a mentor who is invested in role development and growth.
Preferred Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or similar field
· 1+ years of experience in a marketing role in a medical device or healthcare setting.
· Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
· Experience with live events, virtual meetings and Microsoft Office.
· Excellent organizational, project management, and decision-making skills.
· Independent, assertive, detail-oriented, with high emotional intelligence.
Responsibilities:
· Development & execution of marketing campaigns, content marketing, webinars, events, and sales support programs across a variety of communication channels & target audiences.
· Assist with the development and execution of patient marketing initiatives.
· Develop and execute social media strategy and campaigns.
· Assist with the development and execution of content for healthcare professionals (HCPs), hospital decision-makers, and internal audiences (sales training).
· Lead the development and execution for event marketing programs, including surgeon educational events, conferences, and webinars.
· Work with KOLs on presentation content for national conferences/society meetings, regional meetings, fellowship events, and webinars.
· Direct education-focused content for Providers and patients including clinical content, videos, presentations, & sales collateral to generate brand awareness and move customers through the sales cycle.
Compensation: 80-95k base, plus bonus
Travel: 15-20 % (trade shows, conferences, meetings)
Years of Experience: 1+ years in medical device or healthcare marketing role
Degree: Bachelor’s Degree
Location: USA, CST and EST highly preferred
