Product Marketing Manager – Surgical/OR – Remote, Near any major airport EST/CST/MST –1903818

We’re looking for a candidate with a background in Surgical Products/Operating Room with Product Management experience who is ready to take the next step in their career and join a team with lots of room for professional development. This is a high visibility role in a collegial team, working on flagship products.  

Requirements:  

• 2+ years of relevant medical device experience in a marketing role with some experience/exposure to OR/Surgical Products.
• 4+ years of work experience post-college with a stable work history.
• Must be an excellent communicator, able to present to senior leadership and customers. 
• Professional presence able to communicate at all levels.
• Strong collaborator, The candidate must have a proven ability to work cross-functionally supporting teams as needed. 
• Experience with training sales teams or presentations at conferences or similar would be a huge plus.

Responsibilities:  

• Develop and grow partnerships with the sales team.
• Planning and forecasting, development and implementation of annual strategic business plan and associated tactical and new product plans pricing, product launch, evaluation of Sales Reps, training, technical, key account interaction, promotions, and monitoring competition
• Plan, create, and execute advertising plans across multiple outlets.  
• Partner with other managers and the regulatory department
• National and regional conventions/labs/meetings to include planning and execution.

Compensation: Base to 100k plus 20% target bonus. There may be some flexibility for very well-qualified applicants with 5+ years of experience.

Travel: 30-40% (planned travel, VOC, Clients, trade shows)

Years of Experience: 2+ years in medical device marketing 4+ years in Medical Devices commercial roles

Degree: BA/BS
