Territory Sales Manager |AI-Powered Neuro| North/South Carolina, Georgia, Tennessee, and Virginia

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Territory Sales Manager to drive the adoption of a cutting-edge, AI-powered neurotechnology solution. This role requires expertise in complex sales cycles involving specialists in neurology, neurosurgery, neuroimaging, and hospital systems. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in medical device or enterprise SaaS sales, specifically in brain-related diagnostics and interventions.

This company is at the forefront of advanced AI-driven neurotechnology, providing clinicians with personalized, patient-specific insights that enhance surgical planning and neurological treatment strategies. As the first FDA-cleared solution using resting-state fMRI for neurological planning and visualization, this technology is changing the landscape of brain-related interventions, stroke management, and neurological care.

 

What You Will Be Doing

  • Develop and execute a territory sales strategy to achieve revenue and utilization goals.
  • Engage with neurology, neurosurgery, psychiatry, neuroimaging, and hospital administration professionals to drive adoption.
  • Manage a complex sales cycle across multiple hospital departments, including surgery, radiology, IT, legal, and procurement.
  • Generate new leads, prospects, and expand business within the assigned territory.
  • Utilize CRM tools for pipeline management, sales forecasting, and reporting.
  • Collaborate with medical education and marketing teams to implement strategic programs and events.
  • Establish thought leadership in advanced neurotechnology and functional brain mapping within the territory.
  • Support the transition of initial sales to post-installation teams to ensure long-term customer success and adoption.

 

What You Must Have

  • 2+ years of experience as a Clinical Specialist, with a strong aptitude for sales within the medical device or hospital enterprise software sectors—preferably in neurology, neurosurgery, or neuroimaging.
  • Demonstrated success in complex sales environments, engaging with multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Experience with virtual selling strategies and CRM tools.
  • A hunter mentality—proactively finding leads, generating pipeline growth, and expanding accounts.
  • BA/BS degree in a relevant field (business, neuroscience, life sciences, or similar).
  • Ability to work independently with limited direction.

 



Summary of Position

Title: Territory Sales Manager – AI-Powered Neurotechnology

Reports to: Regional Sales Director

Number of Reports: Individual Contributor

Base Compensation: Competitive, with commission potential

First-Year Compensation at Plan: Targeted earnings with commission structure

Location: North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, Tennessee and Virginia

Hybrid or Remote Possible? Yes

Travel: Approx. 50-70% within territory

Target Start Date: ASAP
