  • Strengthen relationships with key surgeons, hospital systems, integrated delivery networks, strategic accounts, distributors, and other commercial partners.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Clinical, Operations, and Executive Leadership teams to ensure alignment and successful execution of commercial initiatives.
  • Represent the organization at industry conferences, customer meetings, training programs, and key market-facing events.
  • Assist in the development and execution of commercialization strategies for future products and pipeline opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of progressive medical device sales leadership experience with a demonstrated record of commercial success in General Surgery.
  • Previous experience as a Vice President of Sales or comparable senior commercial leadership position required.

  • Prior success establishing performance metrics, forecasting methodologies, accountability systems, and sales operating processes.
  • Experience creating and implementing sales training, coaching, and talent development programs.
  • Experience supporting surgeons within hernia, soft tissue repair, wound closure, cardiovascular surgery, surgical implants, or related procedural-based specialties preferred.
  • Strategic account, IDN, and GPO experience is beneficial but should be complemented by broader sales leadership expertise.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively within entrepreneurial, high-growth, and rapidly evolving organizations.
  • Strong executive presence, communication skills, and ability to influence across all levels of an organization.
  • High level of personal integrity, transparency, accountability, and leadership maturity.
