Sales Representative – South Florida – 3604816

The Sales Representative is responsible for driving revenue growth and executing strategic sales initiatives across the South Florida territory. This role focuses on developing new business opportunities, supporting existing accounts, and ensuring effective product adoption within hospital systems, surgeon practices, and operating room environments.

This position requires a highly motivated, field-based professional who can build strong clinical and administrative relationships, support procedural success, and execute against territory objectives. The Sales Representative will partner closely with internal leadership and distribution stakeholders to deliver consistent growth and best-in-class customer engagement.

Responsibilities:

• Drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets within the assigned South Florida territory
• Develop and execute a territory business plan aligned with company objectives
• Build and maintain strong relationships with surgeons, hospital administrators, and purchasing teams
• Provide in-field support including case coverage, product support, and procedural assistance
• Maintain strong knowledge of vertebral compression fractures (VCF), spinal disorders, and treatment options.
• Identify and develop new accounts while expanding utilization in existing customers
• Collaborate with distributor partners and internal stakeholders to ensure consistent execution

Requirements:

• Proven experience in spine-related medical device sales or relevant procedural-based selling
• Strong understanding of hospital environments, operating rooms, and clinical workflows
• Demonstrated ability to build relationships and grow business within a defined territory
• Self-starter with strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to travel throughout South Florida with occasional overnight travel as needed

Compensation: Competitive, based on experience

Years of Experience: 5+

Education: Bachelor’s degree required (BA/BS)

Location: South Florida (field-based)
