Territory Sales Manager
Join an innovative medical device company seeking a Territory Sales Manager to drive growth and expand market share within a defined geography. This is a highly consultative sales role focused on developing strategic relationships, executing territory plans, and delivering clinical and economic value to healthcare providers. The Territory Sales Manager partners closely with clinical specialists and internal teams to ensure successful product adoption and long-term customer success.
The company is in a growth phase and expanding its commercial footprint to increase market penetration within the vascular access space. This hire will support increased demand, strengthen coverage across key accounts, and drive execution of strategic sales and clinical initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a territory business plan to meet and exceed annual sales quotas
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clinicians, administrators, and key decision-makers across target accounts
- Deliver product education, in-servicing, and training programs to support account onboarding and adoption
- Provide consultative selling by articulating clinical, technical, and economic value of products
- Partner with Clinical Specialists to support product evaluations, implementations, and customer success
- Support strategic initiatives including clinical evidence programs, KOL development, and market expansion efforts
- Participate in trade shows, industry events, and customer meetings to drive awareness and pipeline development
- Manage forecasting, CRM updates, expense reporting, and sales activity documentation
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Nursing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3–5+ years of medical device sales experience (vascular access strongly preferred)
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong clinical and business acumen with ability to sell in complex healthcare environments
- Excellent communication, presentation, and consultative selling skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work both independently and cross-functionally
- Willingness to travel up to 50%
Compensation:
- Base Salary: Competitive
