Position Overview
This is a unique opportunity to join an early-stage, high-impact medtech company at a pivotal point in its growth. As one of the key commercial hires in the region, you’ll play a highly visible role in shaping the company’s success across Southern California and Las Vegas.
You will step into a territory with established anchor accounts already in place, giving you immediate traction while creating the opportunity to expand utilization and unlock significant new growth. This role offers the chance to build something meaningful, directly influence market adoption, and contribute to a broader success story as the company scales.
The organization is bringing to market a first-of-its-kind, innovative technology that automates a traditionally manual process within neurosurgery enhancing efficiency, improving ease of use, and supporting better patient outcomes with a strong safety profile.

Key Responsibilities
- Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through VAC approval, product evaluation, and purchase order
- Expand and grow existing hospital accounts, while identifying and executing on new business opportunities within neurosurgical programs
- Build and maintain relationships with neurosurgeons, program directors, Neuro ICU staff, APPs, residents, and supply chain stakeholders
- Provide in-room clinical support and product education during neurosurgical procedures
- Develop and execute a quarterly territory business plan, including pipeline development and account strategy
- Represent the company at regional and national neurosurgical conferences and society meetings
Qualifications
- 5+ years of medical device sales experience, with direct exposure to neurosurgery or neurocritical care
- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding quota
- Established relationships within neurosurgical programs or hospital decision-makers in the region
- Strong ability to navigate complex hospital sales cycles, including VAC approvals, value analysis, and administrative stakeholders
- Comfortable operating in a hands-on, clinically involved sales role
- Willingness to travel throughout the territory (primarily regional travel; limited overnight as needed)

- Uncapped commission structure with monthly and quarterly incentives
