  • Create and maintain engineering documentation including test protocols, test reports, design verification documentation, and technical records.
  • Act as a liaison between engineering, quality, regulatory, and clinical teams to support development and commercialization objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical discipline.
  • 1–5 years of engineering experience within medical devices, product development, manufacturing, or related technical environments.
  • Experience developing benchtop test systems, manufacturing fixtures, tooling, or engineering support equipment.

  • Mechanical design and prototyping including SolidWorks, 3D printing, and rapid prototyping technologies.
  • Firmware and software development using C, C++, Python, or related languages.
  • Electrical design, PCB layout, schematic capture, and circuit debugging.
  • Manufacturing process optimization, tooling, fixture design, and process improvement.
  • Experience creating engineering documentation including test protocols, reports, and design verification documentation.
  • Medical device experience preferred.
  • Startup experience preferred.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
