Position Overview – Clinical Education & Training Manager – Orthopedics – 3657092
Join a growing orthopedic medical device organization seeking a Clinical Education Training Manager to lead distributor education, onboarding, and clinical training initiatives. This highly visible role serves as a clinical subject matter expert responsible for developing and delivering impactful educational programs that support commercial growth, product adoption, and clinical excellence across distributor networks and healthcare professionals.
The company is investing in its clinical education infrastructure and expanding its training capabilities to support continued growth. This individual will play a key role in developing scalable training programs, supporting Medical Education initiatives, and ensuring distributors, physicians, and commercial teams have the knowledge and resources necessary for success.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as a clinical subject matter expert across designated orthopedic product portfolios and procedural applications.
- Develop and execute distributor training and onboarding programs.
- Create and maintain training curricula, educational content, presentations, and learning resources.
- Lead virtual and in-person training programs, webinars, and educational events.
- Provide clinical expertise and support to distributors, sales teams, physicians, and healthcare professionals.
- Partner with faculty and key opinion leaders to develop clinically relevant educational content.
- Support hands-on laboratory programs, cadaver labs, workshops, and educational initiatives.
- Provide clinical representation at conferences, tradeshows, and strategic events.
- Conduct new distributor onboarding and ongoing clinical education activities.
- Collaborate with Medical Education, Sales, Marketing, and cross-functional teams to identify training needs and improve program effectiveness.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred in Healthcare, Education, Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Significant clinical experience within Orthopedics.
- Experience as a clinical educator, trainer, preceptor, or subject matter expert.
- Proven ability to develop and deliver education to healthcare professionals, distributors, and sales teams.
- Experience creating training curricula, educational materials, and learning programs.
- Strong presentation, facilitation, and communication skills.
- Ability to build credibility with physicians, KOLs, distributors, and internal stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and program management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a cross-functional environment.
- Willingness to travel regularly for educational programs, trainings, and events.
