The organization is seeking a high-performing Senior Business Development Manager to build and scale a strategically critical, underpenetrated territory anchored by leading academic institutions.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a strategic territory plan to drive adoption across key academic and community accounts
- Build physician relationships from first interaction through initial case and long-term program development
- Support clinical cases and maintain strong procedural knowledge to ensure successful adoption
- Identify and expand opportunities within complex health systems and IDNs
- Drive new business in an underdeveloped territory, creating demand and accelerating growth
- Navigate value analysis committees, hospital administration, and reimbursement pathways
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including clinical specialists, marketing, and leadership
- Maintain deep knowledge of product positioning, clinical data, and competitive landscape
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 5+ years of medical device or procedural sales experience
- Experience supporting physician procedures and providing case coverage preferred
- Background in Interventional Radiology, Endovascular, or Peripheral Vascular strongly preferred
- Demonstrated success building new territories or expanding underpenetrated markets
- Strong relationship-building and consultative selling skills
- Ability to work within complex hospital and academic environments
- Highly motivated by performance-based compensation and long-term financial growth
Compensation:
- Compensation includes base salary, uncapped commission, and equity participation
- Average Yearly Earnings: $375K+
- Top 20%: $580K+
- Top 10%: $635K+
- Full benefits package including healthcare, retirement, and additional incentives
