Business Development Manager – Medical Controls Manufacturing – Connecticut – 1920808

Are you looking for an entrepreneurial role where you will be mentored for success with a collaborative team that celebrates every win? This Business Development position offers growth opportunity with a continuously growing manufacturer supplying/supporting Tier One Medical Device OEMs.

Responsibilities:

• Increase sales via new customer development & account penetration with existing customers.
• Build strong customer relationships.
• Liaison between customer and HQ technical experts.
• Manage opportunity pipeline & sales forecast, as well as lead business review presentations (internal & external).

Preferred Qualifications:

• 2+ Years of sales experience; medical OEM sales preferred.
• Strong technical selling skills; B2B experience preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, able to connect with individuals under many different circumstances.
• Thrive in a cross-functional environment, utilizing strong analytical skills and independence to solve complex challenges.
• Bachelor’s degree, concentration in engineering preferred.

Compensation: $100,000 – $130,000 OTE

Travel: Limited travel

Years of Experience: 2+ years of sales experience

Degree: BA/BS Required
